If you’re considering selling your home, and you asked me the best place to start, I’d tell you it starts with a complimentary home seller’s consultation. A home seller’s consultation doesn’t involve making a written commitment.
Instead, it’s more of an informative get-together that will give us a great opportunity to get to know each other where I find out more about you and the home you’re thinking about selling, and I can answer any and all of your real estate questions you might have.
When we meet for the consultation, there are 3 main things we’ll talk about to make sure we get the best results…
1I want to know about you and your reasons for selling
Tell me everything! I want to know about you and your reasons for selling. If you’ve worked with an agent before, I’d like to know about that experience as well, what worked for you, what you think could have worked better.
2I want you to know about me
It’s important to me, and it should be to you, that we’re a good fit to work together and we make a good connection. To get there, it’s good for you to know about me, my experience, my service-driven nature, and the results I want to provide you. I’m an open book, so if you have questions about me or what I do, this is a good time to ask them.
3I want to know about the home you’re thinking about selling
Are you selling a heritage home in Hamilton or a quaint country home in wine country? Either way, I can help with both, but first, I need to meet you and see the home you’re selling so I can put together the best plan that will move us towards getting the best results, including:
- an in-depth discussion about what you love about your home and area so we can share that with potential buyers
- any improvements/upgrades you’ve done
- a discussion about getting your home “market ready” and what that entails
- explaining our marketing plan
